Thank you to all the parents who registered your Beaver or Cub for the 2019-2020 Scouting year with the 1st Merrickville Scout Group!  Unfortunately our year was cut short due to COVID-19; however, the good news is that your membership is valid until December 31, 2020.  The 2020-2021 season will begin in January 2021 with registration starting in September 2020. At this time there are no details on fees or allowable activities.

1st Merrickville Scout Troop is returning!!!!

We don’t want to lose our youth once they have aged out of the Cub Program so, beginning this fall, 1st Merrickville will be reactivating our Scout Troop with a small twist.  Due to numbers 1st Merrickville Scout Troop will be participating together with 2nd Smiths Falls Scout Troop.  Scouter Dave Smith will be in charge of the 1st Merrickville Scouts.  The meetings will be based in Smiths Falls and 1st Merrickville Scouts will continue to proudly wear the Merrickville necker colours.
